Summer Swimwear

It’s time for Summer and that means it’s hitting the gym, eating healthy, doing lunges on your lunch break and shopping for eye-catching swimwear to put onto your body that you’re working so hard on. At least that’s what I’m trying to do…with bikini season so close, I don’t want to have to cover myself up as this season’s bikini’s are some of my favorites.

I’ve been scouring the internet for hot-summer styles and let me say, I found some gold. I’m going to Vegas next weekend, and although I don’t feel quite bikini-ready, I’m throwing in the towel come next Friday and braving Sin City in some new bikini’s I have purchased.

Below are a few styles I am absolutely lusting over. I hope you’re ready, here we go:

1. Sauvage Swimwear Twisted Wrap Triangle Bikini Top (Also called Mon Cheri)

I love the bikini top, and I am guilty of ordering in black and white. It’s sexy, yet classy and definitely makes a statement.  The bikini top reminds me of Britney Spear’s “Slave 4 U” performance top circa 2001.

Can someone say, sexy? Instead of buying the bottoms, although they go well, you can take a basic black or white bikini bottom as the bikini top itself is rather pricey ($116 for the top, $82 for the bottom). I bought the white top from Victoria’s Secret and the black version from  the actual Sauvage website.

2. Sweet Hearts Bikini

I love this color, it screams Summer. I love the heart hardware as well, and the cut is perfect. It’s sweet and sexy at the same time. And the price is pretty awesome…$18 per piece is a great, as is this bikini. This bikini is also from Victoria’s Secret (they have some AMAZING swimwear right now).

3. ASOS Petal Ruffle Bikini

This sweet bikini has a feminine ruffle detail on one side making this classic bandeau unique. I love the coral color as well.  At $28, this is a great deal for something different. From ASOS. The bottoms of this bikini have adorable ruffle ties which are dainty and adorable.

4. Tavik Solid Frill Front Cut-Out One Piece

This gorgeous color paired with the flirty ruffles and sexy peek-a-boo cut-out’s is a great one-piece for those who like to stay flirty yet exude sexiness. Sure, it’s a little risqué, but it’s gorgeous. $159 from Tavik.

5. VIX Biarritz One Piece

BIARRITZ ONE PIECE

For those who want more coverage, this VIX Biarritz one piece is perfect. You show enough to stay sexy, yet you still get full coverage. The ruching makes this bikini flattering on all body types! $145.

6.  Beach Bunny Swimwear “Everything That Glitters”

This is one my list of MUST-HAVES. It’s edgy, sexy and just HOT. I love the chain details, and I love the concept as a whole. The sequins and the chains just screams “vixen”. $160 for the top, and $169 for the bottom, it’s a pricey bikini, but the details to me make it worthwhile. Beach Bunny really won me over with this, as I think a lot of their stuff is too Vegas, but I just can’t seem to help myself with this one.

7. Cut-Out Ruffle Monokini

I’m drawn to the mixed prints in this monokini for some reason. I love the leopard ruffle fluttering over the floral bodice of this piece. It’s playful, edgy, and very bohemian. For $57 from Victoria’s Secret, it’s guilt-free to buy. I’d throw on a floppy hat and some bangles and just frolic.

8. Firm Control Convertible One Piece

This all body type flattering one-piece is stunning. I love the various ways which you can wear this one piece. It’s elegant, classic and has a nice twist. At $168 from Victoria’s Secret as well, it’s the perfect black bikini to last you season after season.

These are just a few swimwear finds I have fallen in love with. I will definitely post another one! After all, I’ve just started buying…and until this June gloom disappears, I’ll be scouring bikini’s to wear once the weather turns hot!

Which style was your favorite?
