I’m reliving my trip to Kansas City with this post because I miss it terribly! I loved the cooler weather, the gorgeous architecture and of course the amazing people. This outfit has got to me one of my favorites when I was there. A cozy turtleneck, some ripped jeans and a fun hat to top it all of.
I love a good turtleneck, they’re classic. I especially love it when a classic piece like this has a fun twist, in this case, it’s striped. A striped turtleneck is a great way to play up an otherwise simple look. I’m obsessed with these ripped jeans from James Jeans, they feel like I’m wearing leggings but are thick enough to look like jeans.
I wore this look while taking a stroll down the Library district of Downtown Kansas City, which immediately became my favorite part of town. I think it’s officially official…I’m in love with Kansas City!!!
