winter white with a twist

Who says you can’t wear white after Labor day? I think that winter whites are lovely…hence my outfit below. I love to wear all white during the winter with neutrals but since it’s been in the 70’s this week in Los Angeles, I felt I might as well start working my Spring wardrobe. I have had this hot pink blazer from Zara for ages and worn it a few times already, but it’s been sitting in my closet the past four months. I can’t say how happy I am to bring it out. Also, this is the first time I have worn my “Lila” color-block pumps from Sole Society. If you don’t know, I’m a Fashion Insider this January and I couldn’t be happier. You can view my looks here, or go onto the Sole Society webpage & see which shoes are my favorite.

Anyhow, this post is probably one of my favorites. I wore my white denim, a white basic t-shirt, & my hot pink blazer. The pink adds a nice pop of color and shoes really give it something extra special. The combination of purple and pink is one of my favorites. Although purple and pink can appear to be a very teenage color combo, this is how I put the two colors together to create a mature yet playful look.

  1. Love the white, I broke out my white bootleg jeans this week as well 🙂 Trying to brighten my mood after the drizzles we’ve had in So Ca.
